Step 1: Order Your Kit
Place your order through our secure online store, and your Genetic Testing Kit will be delivered directly to your door.

Step 2: Simple, At-Home Collection
Once your kit arrives, collect your sample using the easy-to-follow instructions included in the kit.

✔ No blood draw required

Please be sure to watch the instructional video, using the QR code in the kit, before swabbing and completing the form inside the kit. This helps ensure accurate results.
After completing your sample, mail it back using the prepaid envelope included in your kit.

Step 3: Account Registration & Results Processing
✔ While you wait for your kit to be delivered, set up your account on Practice Better. You can click this link or type it into your browser https://l.bttr.to/VT2k9
✔ Once your results are received and processed, you will be notified via email through the Practice Better portal. Your results will be shared securely within this portal.

Step 4: Results & Recommendations Session (if purchased)
When your results are ready, you’ll receive instructions on how to access your results and book and your Results & Recommendations session that takes place via Zoom.

• If you choose to purchase the upgrade you will receive: A recorded results overview video walking you through your genetic report and a live 45 minute one-on-one Zoom session with one of our genetic consultants to review personalized recommendations and answer your questions.
